13. Companies & Containers
This section covers two supporting areas: the business partners you trade with (Companies) and physical container tracking (Containers).
Companies
Open Companies from the sidebar (requires the view companies permission). Here you maintain the organisations you work with — suppliers, customers, and their contacts.

Working with companies
- Browse the company list and search to find an organisation.
- Open a company to view and edit its details and contacts.
- Create a new company (you can specify whether it's a supplier or customer relation).
Containers
Available when container management is enabled.
Open Containers from the sidebar (requires the view containers permission). Track physical containers — big bags, IBCs, and similar — through their lifecycle.

- Browse the container list and open a container to view its detail page.
- Use containers to keep tabs on reusable physical assets that move coffee around your site.
