Signing in
Roasthubs uses email-and-password sign-in. Your session stays active for about a week and is refreshed whenever you use the system, so you usually only sign in occasionally.
Sign in
- Open your Roasthubs URL in a browser.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
After a successful sign-in you land on Roastery control — the live overview of your plant.
Forgot your password?
- On the login screen, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email address to request a reset link.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password on the reset page.
Signing out
Click Log out at the bottom of the sidebar. This ends your session immediately. Always sign out on shared or public computers.
Trouble signing in?
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Invalid credentials" | Re-check email and password; use Forgot password if needed |
| Licensing error page | Your organisation's licence may need attention — contact your administrator |
| Can sign in but a menu is missing | Your role may not include that area — see Settings & Administration |
| Page won't load | Confirm you have the correct URL and a working network connection |
Tip: Your access to features is determined by your role and permissions. Two people signed in to the same Roasthubs can see different menus.
