6. Lots & Traceability
Open any lot to see its full story. The lot detail page is where traceability comes together — what the coffee is, where it came from, how it moved, and how it measured up.
Opening a lot
Click any lot row on a zone page, in a run, or follow a link from genealogy. You can also jump to the latest roast lot directly from the app.

Genealogy — where did this coffee come from?
The genealogy view is the family tree of a lot: the parent lots that were blended or transformed to create it. It's essential for audits and recalls.
Follow the tree upward to find origins, or downward (from a green lot) to find every finished product it ended up in — exactly what you need if a green delivery must be recalled.
Tracks — how did it move?
The Tracks tab lists every physical movement between plant nodes: source → target, with timestamps and weights. This is the minute-by-minute movement history.
Parameters & certificates
- Parameters record quality measurements (moisture, density, cupping scores…) and compare them to the zone's targets.
- Certificates are documents you attach to a lot (organic, fair trade, supplier docs).
Exporting for customers & auditors
Generate a lot PDF containing weights, parameters, genealogy, and track & trace data — ready to hand to customers or certification bodies.
