9. Reports & Dashboards
The Reports group (sidebar: Reports ▸) gives management an overview of production, inventory, and plant health. It requires the view reporting permission.
The group contains:

The dashboard
Open Reports → Dashboard for the management overview. Use the date range selector at the top to set the reporting window.

Green inventory
A live view of current green stock, broken down by coffee and cell — your answer to "how much of each origin do we have, and where is it?" This feeds the inventory check during planning.
Green coffee consumption
Tracks how much green coffee has been consumed over time, helping you forecast purchasing and spot unusual usage.
Other comparison tools
If enabled, Roast Compare lets you compare roast profiles side by side from the Roast area.
Tips
- Adjust the date range to compare periods.
- Use reports to drive the daily workflows — e.g. a manager's end-of-day review.
