11. Sales
Available when the sales module is enabled and your role has the view sales permission.
The Sales group (sidebar: Sales ▸) manages what you sell and to whom — products and customer orders.
The sales flow

Products
Products are your sellable SKUs — the finished items a customer can order (e.g. "House Blend 250 g retail bag"). Open a product to view and edit its definition. Products relate to your pack recipes.
Sales orders
The Sales screen lists customer orders. Each order has order lines specifying products and quantities, and links to a customer company. Open a sale to see and manage its lines.
From order to production
Sales orders can link directly to production runs on the planning board: when scheduling a run you can associate it with a customer, tying production to demand.
