Green coffee
The Green page manages everything about unroasted coffee — the raw beans that enter your roastery. Open it from the sidebar (Green). It requires the view green lots permission and the green zone to be enabled.

Green lots
A green lot is one tracked batch of raw coffee — typically a big bag or a silo fill. Each green lot has an ID tag, a coffee (recipe), a weight, and a status.
Typical green lot statuses:

| Awaiting arrival | Expected but not yet received |
| Awaiting QC | Received, pending quality check |
| Ready for dump | Approved to be loaded into the plant |
| Processing | Currently being consumed |
| Processed | Fully consumed |
Coffees (origins)
A green coffee is the simplest recipe: a named origin with no components. On the Coffees tab you create and edit these origin definitions, which then become available as components in blend recipes.
Where green coffee comes from
- Created manually as lots arrive, or
- Generated through the Procurement flow (contract → call-off → arrival → receiving), if that module is enabled.
